Description

The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Leonard Wood will issue a solicitation for the maintenance support of government-owned washers and dryers on or about 17 March 2006. The anticipated award date is on or about 20 April 2006. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small businesses . This acquisition will be conducted under FAR parts 12 and 13. Any resulting contract is anticipated to be of the firm fixed price services type. The requirement consists of maintenance support for washing machines and dryers of various models. The period of performance is for one year with two possible one-year option periods. The places of performance is Fort Leonard Wood, MO. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLW Directorate of Contracting. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the soli citation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solici tation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. Note 1 applies.
