- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The purchase request number is F3M3CS6055A1 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (ii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. (iii) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 532490, and the small business size standard is $6 M. (iv) This requirement consists of one line item to be priced: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) Contractor to provide TV Production Support on April 6, 2006 in accordance with the Statement Of Work. Please contact Cindy Marrette at (910) 394-6256 for a copy of the Statement of Work and Price Schedule, quotes shall be submitted using the government Price Schedule. FOB shall be destination. (v) The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation.
