- Mine Safety and Health Administration in Denver Colorado is requesting sources that can provide the requirement detailed below. MSHA uses Information Technology (IT) to support its mission and achieve its business objectives. The scope of work encompasses annual maintenance for an IT device, NetApp. NetApp is a Network Area Storage (NAS) device which is located at the Information Resource Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Required maintenance includes a 4 hour disk replacement and repair service which includes patches and software updates for the existing NetApp device. Additionally, following MSHA Security Policies, coverage is included for non-returnable disks in the event of replacement. The NetApp supports MSHA?s mission critical database system and is a single point of failure for the system which could result in downtime to not only MSIS but also the E-gov systems.
