- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for license for software to recieve and transmit still and video imagery through satellite communications. DEA intends to negotiate, on a SOLE SOURCE basis, with General Dynamics of Scottsdale, AZ. This procurement will be processed in accordance with the Commercial Items clauses of FAR Part 12. General Dynamics is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required software licensing. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competitition is on file.
