Description

The United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary for grounds maintenance under a performance based contract in accordance with the Statement of Work provided in the solicitation. All work to be performed at the NOAA, National Weather Service, Baltimore-Washington Forecast Office, 44087 Weather Service Road, Sterling, VA. Period of performance will be 01 April 2006 through 31 March 2007 with four one-year options. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is $6,000,000 average annual receipts. The NAICS code is 541320. The solicitation will be issued as a RFQ for commercial item acquisitions. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. Copies of the solicitation are attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written request will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency.
