- Description
- The Flathead National Forest intends to issue a Request for Proposals for the construction of the Hungry Horse Administrative Office Building and Associated Facilities, Flathead County, Montana. Project consists of construction of a one-story, approximately 14,215 square foot wood framed office building with stone and fiber cement siding exterior; site grading and storm drainage system; site utilities; construction of access roads and parking areas; construction of concrete sidewalks and patios; and landscaping. Project will also include (if funds are available) ten Additive Bid Items consisting of: installation of security cameras, installation of card readers, construction of irrigation system, construction of four additional cupolas on building, construction of additional woodwork and installation of metal lockers, installation of all landscaping, installation of all marker boards and tack strips, installation of automatic projection screen, installation of courtyard tables, and installation of third phone/data wiring and receptacles. Issue date, approximately March 20, 2006. Contract performance period is 420-calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Government price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
