- This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and 4 option years. The NSN is 5365-01-172-3587 for Shim, Retention Plate, Tail Rotor in accordance with Drawing NR 13873 011723587-05082. First Article Contractor Testing is required. Export Control Applies. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Delivery required is 65 days ARO. The unit of issue is EACH. This is a Critical Application Item. Surge & Sustainment will be required. The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only is 735 ea. The Estimated Annual Demand is 3,675 ea. The Maximum Annual Qty is 5,145 ea.
