Soliciting for an IQC, base year EAD is 1078 and EAD for 4 option years is 1808 each. There are textiles testing, Government first article and production lot testing requirements. Unrestricted, fully open and competitive after exclusion of sources, 30 days ARO for the textiles testing, 90 days after textiles testing approval for the delivery of the FAT, and 90 days to complete the production lot testing, and 15 days to ship the production quantities and approval of the PLT. Configuration control applies. Item is critical, but not CSI. Item is not commercial.
