- NSN 6515-01-504-6091, Rescue Wrap, Insulated, Black. Total Quantity: 800 EA. Delivery: 400 PG to San Joaquin, CA and 400 EA to New Cumberland, PA, by July 7, 2006. Rescue Wraps must meet the requirements of MPID No. 1 dated 10 Aug 2005, which will be included in the solicitation package. Previous Price Paid: $761 EA, in February 2006.
