Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation for the design, development, customization, testing and implementation of a Premium Practitioner System (PPS) utilizing Oracle's e-Business Suite 11.5.10 release. PPS will replace PBGC's current Premium Accounting System (PAS) in the processing of premium payments for the pension plans the Corporation insures. The Base Effort will be from date of award through March 31, 2007. In addition to the Base Effort, the solicitation will include up to four (4) one year option periods for post-production support activities. The solicitation document will be distributed through the FedBizOpps Government website. The site contains downloading instructions. All information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments will also be available though the FedBizOpps site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to assure they have most up to date information about this acquisition. Paper copies of this solicitation and any amendments will not be made available. The solicitation is not currently available, but estimated to be available on or about March 20, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by the PBGC.
