- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 3,945 BOMA rentable square feet (maximum of 4,100) of first- class, contiguous office space, above the ground floor, and two (2) assigned parking spaces for occupancy by the Department of Defense, Inspector General for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in October 2006. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, Fire Safety Standards and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
