Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), a bureau of the U. S. Department of the Treasury, regulates and supervises the nation?s thrift industry. OTS hereby publishes this notice of intent to issue a non-competitive simplified acquisition award to Thomas Ho Company, Ltd. of New York, NY to beta test the Decision software system?s routines related to improving certain valuation algorithms within the OTS?s Net Portfolio Valuation (NPV) Model. This is Propriety software that is owned and maintained by Thomas Ho Company, Ltd. The services required will cover three months, and the award will have an option for an additional three months. This synopsis is issued for information purposes ONLY. No solicitation exists nor is planned, so requests for documents will not be considered. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Any information submitted in response to this notice must be received at OTS by 3:00PM March 03, 2006.
