- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-05-G-A111 with Ametek, Inc. Aerospace & Defense Div., Wilmington, MA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 19 April 2006 through 19 April 2007 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the LM2500 Turbine Engine Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Ametek, Inc.. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 2835-00-601-1040, Lead, Electrical, P/N L21587P02; 7H 6150-00-601-1365, Wiring Harness, P/N L21554P12; 7H 2835-01-063-6239, Lead, Thermocouple, P/N L24867P02; 7H 6150-01-445-8185, Wiring Harness, P/N L21554P19 7H 2995-01-485-0043, Harness, Thermo, P/N L44722P02; 7H 2835-00-596-6274, Thermocoupler, P/N 9055M90P06 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply . Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
