- Quantity 16000 pieces, ASTM A615 Grade 60 #8 Rebar (deformed / not smooth)(clean / rust-free) saw cut to 3 ft lengths. Quantity 34 each, ASTM A36 Steel Bar 2 1/2 inch diameter X 20 ft long. Material Certification is required for all material. Price will include delivery to Lakehurst, NJ. Required delivery date is 3 weeks after receipt of order. Quotes are due by COB 17 March 2006. Quotes will list price per piece / each (not foot, pounds, cwt, etc.) Quotes will list Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone and Fax Numbers, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID Number. Quotes will be submitted in writing (FAXED) to POC listed. See Government Numbered Note 1.
