- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Sole Source Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0041 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St Louis, MO, for an avionics upgrade into four AV-8B Spanish aircraft.
