- Provide the services of a contractor experienced in the installation of the AVAYA S8700 Telephone system aboard the USNS YUKON during 04 April 2006 to 24 April 2006 VR period in Singapore. See the statement of work for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFM) and specifications. This requirement will be procured under full and open competition. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 28 Feb 2006. The closing date of the solicitation will be 06 March 2006, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
