Description

Grand Teton National Park seeks to award a contract for the rehabilitation of 5 log housing units at the Beaver Creek Housing Area. The contract is to be a HUBZone set-aside,"Best Value" award, and those qualifying firms may submit a proposal for consideration. The work will include plumbing, wiring, new roof structures, seismic retrofits, adding new baths within the existing footpring, painting, log work and porch additions. Project is located in Teton County, Wyoming. This location has the highest cost of living in the State, and all firms are encouraged to acquaint themselves with these costs in preparation of their proposal. Award may be made to other than the lowest bidder on this project. The pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00pm on March 16, 2006. All prospective offerors should plan to attend in order to acquaint themselves with all apsects of the project. The estimated value is $100,000-$300,000, with NAICS code 236118. Planned work schedule is April 15-October 15,2006. Hard copies of the contract documents are available from the Contracting Officer, .
