Classigication Code: Z- Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property Product Code: Z-293, Maintenance, Repair-Alt/Unimproved Real Property The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Ukiah Field Office, Ukiah, CA requires a toilet cleaning service for a total of (14) various sites within the Ukiah Field Office Area. The Contractor shall provide/furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide cleaning of vault toilet facilities during the anticipated time period at fourteen (14) different sites /locations within the Ukiah Resource Area, Ukiah, California. Disposal of trash must occur at an approved facility and be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Each vault toilet facility at each site designated must be thoroughly cleaned, re-supplied with clean toilet paper, and emptying of trash cans. Contract work is located in Mendocino County, Lake County, Napa County, Colusa County, and Yolo County. General site locations are shown on maps which will be attached with formal RFQ when submitted per EC. Sites are accessible via paved or graded dirt roads. Service trucks may approach to within about 30 feet of vault toilet facilities. You must also be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website http://www.ccr.gov. The RFQ will be posted on or before March 21, 2006. Closing date for this RFQ will be not later than April 21, 2006, 11:59 EST. To obtain a copy of this solicitation go to the following website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. You must submit your quote through the above website by following the instructionposted on EC. (NO FAX OR HARD COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.) This project is estimated not to exceed $100,000.00. Start date is estimated for May 1, 2006 (or immediately after award), ending date is March 31, 2007. Option period of (1) additional year will cover the period of April 1, 2007 thru March 31, 2008. Period of Performance is specified within the Statement of Work. SITE TOUR: is scheduled for Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. for interested contractors that would like to see the area and location of the vault toilets. Contractors are requested to meet at the Ukiah Field Office, 2550 North State Street, Ukiah, Ca 95482. Please note that due the numerous locations/sites, this show trip will only cover the Site locations for vault toilets under sites 1-7. Maps will be provided at that time covering all locations including the remaining sites # 8-14. It is suggested that contractors bring with a lunch and water along with the trip.
