- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P8-06-T-0049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. NAICS code 332420 applies and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Double wall ? Skid mount the length of the tank on min 6 H beam frame under tank ? Skid mounted with 4 point lifting pad eyes (strong enough to support a full tank) ? 2 internal baffles ? Min. 10 gauge inner and outer walls ? Drain connection at bottom ? Ladder at fill port ? Electric fuel pump 12V D.C. , fuel filter, hose at min. 12 long, handle ? Sandblasted (2) coat paint system of zinc primer and finish urethane/epoxy (white) ? OSHA approved/certified ? Diesel plackard at each end of tank ? NO SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET written in Black or red min.4 block letters at each end ? NO CELL PHONES WITHIN 50 FEET written in Black or red min.4 block letters at each end ? Delivery date is 14 days after award or accceped proposed date. ? FOB Destination. Delivery point is USACE District Headquarters, LMO warehouse, Bldg 816 located at 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will be to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote received. All offerors are to complete the provision 52.212-3 and return with their offer or provide ORCA registration information. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
