This item is restricted to Abbott Technologies, Inc Cage Code 58910 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available; it cannot be obtained economically nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequat e technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
