- The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOMAC) Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain non-personal services to manage the Return and Repair Program to support the U.S. Army Assistance Command s (USASACs) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. A five-year indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The end item categories of items potentially requiring repair include aircraft, tracked and wheeled vehicles, weapons systems, and communications and electronics items.
