- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commericial services under solicitation number F2Q3656033A100 issued on 28 Feb, 2006 for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested with and a written solicitation will not be issued. (Statement of Work and Bid Schedule are attached) The solicitation document and FAR incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular (FAC) 2005-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regualtion Supplement, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20051220. Bid Schedule; and Statement of Work are included in this solicitation as attachments. This acquistion is 100% small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The NAICS cose is 235910 and the small business size standard is $13M. The 1st Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials, and perform all necessary to repair/replace and maintain the structural integrity of the Burn Bldg. 1303 as directed by a licensed professional engineer with burn building experience and expertise. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions commercial items, and 52.212-5 Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders- commercial items. The Service Contract Act applies to this purchase order Wage Determination No: 94-2543. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror wholse offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. This announcement will close and quotes are due by :00 PM EST 15 Mar 2006.
