- The FAA has a requirement for computing facility operation and maintenance services. In view of the FAA's requirement, A Screening Information Request (SIR) is issued for the purpose of soliciting offers. Therefore, Offerors are invited to submit offers in response to this announcement. Attention is directed to Part IV-Section L of the SIR. Offerors are advised to thoroughly read and follow Section L instructions. In addition to the SIR document, other FAA reference documents are attached hereto for the Offeror's information. A compilation of questions and responses collected from a previous industry comment period is also attached for the Offeror's use. Amendment No.1 SIR, Section L, page 83: a. L.2.2 QUESTIONS, 2nd paragraph, 4th line, date is changed to read March 6, 2006 b. L.2.3 TIME AND DATE, 2nd line, date is changed to read March 20, 2006 Amendment No.2 Adds an attachment entitled Questions From Industry and FAA Responses Concerning SIR for EASE Announced/Released on February 2, 2006. Amendment No. 3 1. Screening Information Request (SIR) is amended as follows, with changes/revisions in bold print: a. H.2 314-2 Contractor Personnel Suitability Requirements (April 2004) is revised: -page 36, paragraph (a), subparagraph (3) paragraph (b), -page 37, paragraph (c) -page 38, paragraph (j) -page 39, paragraph (m) b. In view of the forgoing, attached SIR(SIR9) dated 01/30/2006 is deleted and replaced with SIR(SIR10) dated 02/15/2006. 2. Enterprise Architecture And Solutions Environment (EASE) Services, Statement of Work (SOW) is amended as follows, with changes/revisions in bold print: a. page 26, paragraph C.3.7.3 Personnel Security b. page 27, paragraph C.3.7.3.1 Personnel Security Clearances c. In view of the forgoing, attached SOW dated January 26, 2006 is deleted and replaced with SOW dated February 15, 2006.
