- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will issue a solicitation to acquire research services for the assessment of the effectiveness and impact of Prevention of Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission (PMTCT) Programs in the President?s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. This procurement is full and open competition. The CDC intends to award a single contract. The contract period of performance will be two (2) years from the date of award and will be performed in three (3) separate phases of work. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 541720. Request for Proposal (RFP) 2006-N- 08430, will be posted online at www.fedbizopps.gov on or before 03/15/2006.
