Base quantity required is 3500 each. DSCR DOES NOT HAVE A TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) FOR THIS NSN. THE TDP WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE (03/13/06); SEE THE SOLICITATION FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON OBTAINING TDP. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item only approved manufacturing source are eligible for contract award. Approved sources are: Irvin Aerospace cage 05QR4, Pioneer Aerospace cage 77745, Guardian Parachute cage 56600, Mills Manufacturing cage 02693, and FXC Corp. cage 52497. Qualified Products List 6645 applies, see this list for the most up to date list of approved sources. Manufacturing sources not listed as approved sources must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
