- This solicitation will contain two NSN?S for Antistatic Additive, Aviation Turbine Fuel. NSN 6850-01-447-4075 is for unit of issue in Drums and NSN 6850-01-099-4015 is for unit of issue in 5 gallon cans. The item is manufactured by Octel Starreon LLC, Cage Code 1ML15, P/N: Stadis 450 (Dinnsa Stablizer). D.O.T. Class 3. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and two option periods. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Delivery required is 115 days for NSN 6850-01-447-4075 and 35 days for NSN 6850-01-099-40015. MSDS/Labeling is required. This is a Critical Application Item. Surge & Sustainment will be required for NSN 6850-01-099-4015. The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only for NSN 6850-01-099-4015 is 93 CN; Estimated Annual Demand is 372 CN; Maximum Annual Qty is 744 CN.
