- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Coupling, Clamp, Grooved. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Cage 76301. There is one approved source of supply, Hydraflow, Cage 24984. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-01-132-0673; Base Year AEQ: 564 each, Option Year AEQ: 564 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 39 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 16 March 06. The anticipated award date is 17 July 06. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
