- Trailer Specifications: Trailer shall be a 3 axle 31'1" long and 8'1 1/2" wide and weigh 2050 lbs 15000 GVWR 12,900 capacity. Structural: Main rails shall be welded extruded 6061 t6 aluminum chanel 8"x 3 3/4". Frame and cross members shall be welded to form a uni body support structure, trailer shall have a 5 year structural warranty, bunk material shall be Dura Bunk (or equivalent), bunks shall be through bolted where applicable using stainless fasteners (lag screws are not acceptable), trailer shall have aluminum walk on fenders and steps, tongue jack: heavy duty with machined gears 3,500 lb capacity drop leg, rubber block style bow stop. Axles and brakes: brakes: disc, marinized (all axles), brakes shall carry a 2 year warranty (exception: wear items), brake lines seamless stainless steel (all axles), EZ lube spindle system (all axles), galvanized torsion axles, axles shall carry a 4 year warranty, 6 lug aluminum 16 inch rims with 1/2 inch fine thread stud with a 13/16 inch nut, tires shall be 235/85r/16E, surge brake, spare tire assembly bracket (to include 16 inch aluminum rim and 235/85r/16e). Electrical: LED lighting (side markers and tail lights), back up lights incadescent, tag light incadescent, wire connections shall be heat shrinked with sealant buff connectors, electrial plug shall be 7 way RV plug
