Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 20016888 is used for reference purposes. This acquisition is total Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. The following clauses apply to this solicitation Far 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation of Commercial items. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, best value firm fixed price quote from a responsible/responsive contractor. FAR 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (offer must include a completed copy of this provision.) FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. The performance period of this acquisition will be from the date of award base year with four one year options. The Dept of Homeland Security, Bureau of Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for full maintenance service on Canon copy machines located at various locations in southern Arizona. Overage rate color $______________ per copy Contractor shall provide all travel, labor, parts, drums and toners to service/repair Canon copy machines for Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, U S Border Patrol Tucson Sector, Tucson Arizona. The Government will provide all paper and staples. Contractor shall service/repair all copy machines located at various locations in southern Arizona. All parts and toners must be Canon brand, no substitute. Contractor shall provide loaners and relocate copiers at no cost to the Government. The contractor shall perform an annual scheduled preventative maintenance visits during the period of the contract which consist of cleaning, adjusting and inspection of the copier. The contractor shall respond to all emergency service calls within 24 hours. The contractor shall maintain a service log of all repairs, replacement parts and provide the log to the contracting officer upon completion of contract
