Description

The Office of the Circuit Executive, U.S. Courts for the Ninth Circuit has a annual conference held in different locations within the Ninth Circuit. The conference for 2007 will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii between July 13-22, 2007. There will be different guest room requirement during the course of that period. The meeting and function space requirement will be based on the scheduled events for each day of the conference. Meetings and events will require meals and break food and audio video availability. The nature of the event requires a 4 to 5 star or diamond rating for the hotel facilities. The facility will also have to be able to accommodate a large number of meetings and events as approximated by attachment A. The facility will need to be able to house the participants and their guests and to hold all events scheduled for the time period stated as described in the attachment. The Contractor shall furnish the facilities, guest rooms, services, and items that are called for in strict accordance with the conditions, requirements, and specifications of this contract, including the incorporated technical proposal of the Contractor, as accepted by the Government. All references to time of day in this document are in Pacific Standard Time. During the peak days, (July 15-18, 2007) a minimum of 500 rooms (single/double occupancy) would need to be available for the guests. 100 guest rooms would need to be available for July 13-14 and July 19-21, 2007. In total, approximately 900 people will be attending the conference.
