- The Sierra Cascade Province consisting of the Modoc, Lassen and Plumas National Forests is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of native trees, shrubs and sedges. These will be purchased as a commercial supply during a 12 month base period with 4 one year options. Items include, but are not limited to, aspen, alder, conifers, bitter brush, and a variety of native grass seeds. This solicitation will be available for electronic download on or around Nov. 15, 2005 NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-NOV-2005).
