- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN LEASING SPACE IN PLATTSBURGH, NEW YORK The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 9,200 rentable square feet which must yield 8,000 to 8,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space. Secure on-site parking, preferable within a garage, for a minimum of 10 vehicles must be provided. The building must meet security setbacks, 50 feet or more, on all sides, to guard against vehicular breeches. The space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. New construction will be considered. The delineated area includes the entire Town and City of Plattsburgh, New York. Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the fifth year. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
