- ADVERTISEMENT Notification: US Government Wants to Lease Space in Kansas City, Missouri Amount: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 11,954 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 9,900 to a maximum of 10,395 useable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: Space must be located within the city limits of Kansas City, Missouri and within the following delineated area. North: I-29, I-35 East: 71 Hwy, Troost Ave South: 56 Hwy West: State Line Rd., I-35, 169 Hwy, 9 Hwy, I-635 Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Term: Space must be ready for occupancy not later than July 1, 2006. Lease term will be for 10 years, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. Submission: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office by March 10, 2006. Also, include (1) Building name and address, (2) Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot, (3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and (4) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
