Description

Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in California, MARYLAND. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing office and consisting of approximately 20,753 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space shall yield 18,255 BOMA Office area square feet (BOASF) of office and related space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government presently occupies 18,255 BOASF at the Cottonwood Office Building, 23330 Cottonwood Parkway, California, Maryland. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requiremnets, the cost of moving, alterations, when deciding whether it should relocate. Area of consideration: The City Limits of California, Maryland Lease Term/Occupancy: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 18, 2007. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with 1/8 inch scaled floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. Proof of land ownership is required prior to award.
