- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for the CKU 5C/A Program for the following: Cup, Igniter Seal, Igniter Tube, Tang Spring, Set Screw Torx, Locking Pin, Protective Cap, Firing Pin, Nozzle Cup, Breech Plug, Pin, Lock Wire, Plug, Propellant Tube, Head Screw, Set Screw, Spring Pin, Metering Tube, Seal, Sleeve and Shear Pin. The base year quantity for the Cup is 2200 each, Igniter Seal is 2630 each, Igniter Tube is 2630 each, Tang Spring is 1330 each, Set Screw Torx is 5260 each, Locking Pin is 130 each, Protective Cap is 1530 each, Firing Pin is 5060 each, Nozzle Cup is 1260 each, Breech Plug is 660 each, Pin is 3260 each, Lock Wire is 1460 each, Plug is 1630 each, Propellant Tube is 2000 each, Head Screw is 1630 each, Set Screw is 2630 each, Spring Pin is 260 each, Metering Tube is 500 each, Seal is 2530 each, Sleeve is 730 each and Shear Pin is 5260 each. The four Stepladder Option Year quantities range from 500 to 2500 each. The delivery schedule for the base year is 90 days After Date of Contract. The method of Source Selection will be based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The NAICS Code is 332995, Size Standard is 500 employees and FSC Code is 1377. Once the solicitation has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the Internet.
