- The United States Army Communications Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Five Year Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with associated delivery orders, which consist of an AS-3831 Antenna: 5985-01-240-8668, which is part of AN/APN-209 (V) Radar Altimeter Set, in accordance with drawings to be provided at time of solicitation. The drawings are also available upon request prior to the release of the solicitation. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The maximum quantity for the entire five year contract will be 3700. The initial minimum quantity for the first delivery order will be 300 each. Shipments are to be FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Contractor Facility. The solicitation will include First Article Requirements. Packaging will be commercial. The delivery schedule will be as specified in the solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number assigned i s W15P7T-06-R-A008 to be issued on/about 14 March 2006.
