Description
This is not a Request for Proposals. Army Contracting Agency Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the US Army Chief, Army Reserve Senior Leaders Personal Electronic Schedule Enhancement, is conducting a market survey in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001 to determine the extent of small business capabilities in performing the requirement for procuring scripting and forms design support. All responsible sources are invited, at no cost to the Government, to provi de technical information for a capability evaluation. This Sources Sought/Market Research shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract from the results of this Sources Sought Notice. The North Amer ican Industry Classification Code for this requirement is 541511 and the Small Business size is $23.0 Million Dollars. Please identify yourself as Small Business; Veteran owned small business, Service-disabled veteran-owned small business, Hub Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, or Woman owned small business concerns. Please review the Statement of Work (SOW), which may be found at http//dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. The requirement is identified as follows: Change how Army R eserve senior leader's personal electronic schedules are managed and how specific groups status is tracked. This work seeks to implement several custom Outlook forms, embedded scripts and/or server-based scripts to greatly streamline and make more effect ive the management of these senior leaders electronic schedules. This statement of work shall result in the delivery of one or more outlook forms, embedded and external scripts and both technical and customer user manuals package that support the persona l scheduling of Army Reserve senior leaders in the Microsoft Exchange 2003 private and public calendaring environment. The contractor shall be able to provide support to the Chief Army Reserve (CAR) Department of the Army Operations in satisfying require ments to meet The Army Reserve Senior Leaders Personal Electronic Schedule Enhancements in Exchange/Outlook forms designs and enhance functionality implemented through forms and server scripts. The proposed period of performance will be for complete deli very within fifty (50) days after contract award. There will be no option periods for this requirement. Capability statements should include a description of your companys experience and necessary resources to support this requirement and examples of yo ur companys past performance in executing this type of work. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restr icted rights).
