- The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the closing date and time for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) from 27 February 2006, 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 2 March 2006, Noon MST. Also to answer the following question that was submitted p rior to 22 February 2006, Noon MST the deadline for questions. Question: Will the Government issue a credit card (Visa) purchase for an order approaching $70,000 or will Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) be employed. Answer: The preferred method of payment f or the requirement specified in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (W9124R-06-T-0015) is by Government Visa. The deadline for questions has expired and no additional questions will be answered.
