- The government intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Williams Scotsman, Inc. to lease one 2,500 sq. ft. trailer, for a 12-month period of performance at MacDill AFB, FL. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Williams Scotsman, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the existing agency requirements.? Williams Scotsman, Inc. currently has an air conditioned trailer in place, with a continuing need for an uninterrupted lease. Resolicitation is not in the best interest of the Government based upon the duplication of the fees associated with the breakdown, removal and set up of a new leased trailer. This notice constitutes the only announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS Code is 531120 and small business size standard is $6M.
