- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, brand name only, firm fixed price contract to Motorola Inc, 7031 Columbia Gateway Dr 3rd floor, Columbia MD 21046-2289 for the following: There are several Open market accessories, which are part of the portable Astro Digital XTS5000 136 and transportable Base station XTVA, for AFMLO/FOW, Kelly USA, 601 Davy Crockett Road, Bldg. 1534, San Antonio, TX 78226. No substitutes will be accepted. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
