- Description
- The Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, intends to award a sole source procurement to the Public Service Commission, Yazoo City for the provision of sanitary sewer disposal service. The contractor shall be responsible for disposal of sanitary waste which meets or exceeds minimum quality requirements as defined by the State of Mississippi, for at least one year and not to exceed ten years. The contractor shall be capable of suppliying service for approximately 3500 male offenders and 500 staff. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with the policies and procedures as set forth in FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(3). No solicitation is available. Closing date is March 10, 2006.
