- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5975-00-178-1209, RN060250030000, Conduit, Metal. This NSN is procured as Fully Competitive in accordance with a military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. For obtaining such data see ANSI UL6 thirteenth edition. Requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as a small business set aside. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantity (2812 each for the base year and 2812 each for each of the four option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
