- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6680-00-526-8060, RN060310050000, Compensator, Liquid in accordance with Boeing Company, Cage: 81205, P/N 10-2426-23, Drawing 10-2426, REV N. Other sources listed in the AID are Parker Hannifin Corp., Cage: 26055, P/N 020-135-011 and Levi Systems Inc., Cage: 0ADZ9, P/N 9339600. Requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantity (144 each for the base year and 120 each for each of the four option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.
