- Solicitation SP0750-06-R4166 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2510-01-458-8036, Insulation Panel, Vehicular, for a quantity of 900 each, including a 100% option quantity which may or may not be exercised at a later date. Approved source Cage 05TS2 P/N VHTR-1-DAAC-50V. Requested phased delivery with 450 in 120 days and 450 in 150-days ADO. NSN requires Destination Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 21, 2006 at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCCCOLS.COM/RFP. The solicitation WILL NOT be available before the issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
