- ACA, ARCC, Fort McCoy intends to issue a solicitation to provide LAUNDRY SERVICES AND RUG EXCHANGE TO FORT MCCOY, WI. A contract resulting from this solicitation will be a requirements contract with a period of performance of 1 October 2005 through 3 0 September 2006 with four (4) one-year option periods. Contractor pick-up and delivery of items will be at least weekly. Items for service may include linens, apparel, shop towels, and slip-resistant rugs. Services may include both laundering and dry clea ning, as well as furnishing items such as shop towels and rugs. Bundling, packaging, and wrapping of serviced items will be specified. Delivery of serviced items may be required within five (5) working days. The proposed procurement will be set aside 100 % for small businesses. NAICS 812320 applies with a size standard of $4.0 mil. The solicitation will be RFQ W911SA-05-T-0055, with a tentative issue date of 15 Aug 05 and a tentative due date of 13 Sep 05. The RFQ will be available electronically at www.ep s.gov. Telephonic, written, or electronic requests for hard copies of solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the RFQ should access the web page on or about 15 Aug 05 for issuance of the solicitation as well as solicitation amendm ents; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
