- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and appurtenances to perform the work described as Exterior-Interior Painting, Indefinite Quanity Term Contract at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Complex, located in downtown Washington, DC, consisting of the following buildings: South Building, Jamie L. Whitten Building, Cotton Annex Building, and the Sidney Yates Building. Services will include the refinishing or painting existing work, painting new work, special preparation of surfaces (above normal; special cleaning, stripping of paint, etc.), number of coats and finish color schemes and other related services as authorized by the appropriate government officials. The dollar value of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued through http://www.fbo.gov (or http://www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about November 15, 2005. The term of the contract shall be date of award through September 30, 2006, with four renewal options. There are no plans associated with this procurement. This requirement is set-aside for the exclusive participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-OCT-2005).
