There are two approved sources of supply, Ceramaseal (Cage 07601), L.L. Rowe Company (Cage 52115). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 5977-01-290-5184; Ceramaseal (Cage 07601) P/N 11299-01-A and L.L. Rowe Company (Cage 52115) P/N 40369; AEQ = 20 Base Year, 20 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 40 Base Year and 40 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, 82 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
