- This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQ) to begin on date of award for a period of two years with a review at the end of the first year. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQA period. Please read RFQ carefully and conform to all aspects of the requirements. The original signature first sheet should be first faxed to 817-978-0002 and then sent with the rest of the RFQ package to the following: GSA, Fire and Industrial Acquisition Branch 7FLA1 (A6), 819 Taylor Street (6A06), Ft.
