- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida (NSWC PC), is soliciting proposals on a competitive basis for nineteen (19) each 17? and forty-seven (47) each 10.4? high resolution Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) video monitors to be used by the Government in accomplishing Craft Alterations on the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). The resulting contract will contain options for an additional thirty-six (36) each 17? monitors and seventy-eight (78) each 10.4? monitors. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The monitors will be required to meet the requirements of NSWC PC Specification C4N-CCD-502 (Detail Specification for LCAC C4N Common Craft Displays) dated 06 Dec 2005. A technical proposal is required. The solicitation will contain the specification C4N-CCD-502 that can only be sent to firms certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) for receipt of military critical technical data. Information on the certification process is! available at the following website: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp . Requests for this specification shall contain your DLIS certification number, the prospective offeror's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, email address, point of contact and telephone number and should be e-mailed to gerald.sorrell@navy.mil. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Upon release, the Solicitation and any Amendments may be downloaded from the NSWC PC Internet at http://www.ncsc.navy.mil/Contracts/ZTables/soltab.htm . No Solicitations or Amendments will be mailed to offerors. Therefore, it's incumbent upon the potential offeror to be cognitive of the NSWC PC Internet for all releases. However, potential offerors requesting the solicitation as described above will be notified by email when the solicitation has been released to the NSWC PC Internet.
