- Description
- This is a synopsis for an upcoming invitation for bid. This IFB will result in a firm fixed price contract for Fire/Crash/Rescue Facility, Lajes Field, Azores. The work includes all site work and provisions for the actual Fire/Crash/Rescue Facility and shall incorporate the following: reinforced concrete foundation, floor slab, exterior walks, elevated floor slabs, steel framed roof structure for prefinished aluminum roof panels over roof insulation and metal decking, aluminum exterior windows, doors, and frames, interior metal stud and gypsum board walls, interior finishes, plumbing, fire sprinklers and alarm systems, mechanical, electrical and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation required to perform all of the services described in the specifications for the contract. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is March 14, 2006. The estimated price range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This project is unrestricted. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
